The UNCITRAL National Coordination Committee for Australia (UNCCA) warmly invites you to a panel discussion with representatives of Government, practice and academia on Australia's engagement in the investor-State dispute settlement reform process.
We will discuss the work of the Experts Advisory Committee on Working Group III, the progress of the latest negotiations in New York and Vienna, issues of policy and practice moving forward, and critical implications for investors and Government.
